Sergei Terentyev was born on 6 March 1970. He graduated from the Krasnodar Higher Military School named after General of the Army S.M. Shtemenko and the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in the speciality "Finance and Credit".
Prior to joining Pavlik, he served in the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, held executive positions in the group of JSC AVTOVAZ, Inbank, VTB Bank.
Presently he is the General Director of JSC "PAVLIK".
Extending Pavlik Gold production capacity from 5 to 10 million tons of ore and gold production from 6.5 to 12 tons per year.
Currently "PAVLIK" gold mining company under the management of Arlan investment company is developing Pavlik gold deposit located in the Tenkinsky district of the Magadan region. In August 2015, the first stage of the modern mining and processing plant (GOK) was launched at Pavlik. In 2017, the enterprise reached its production capacity to process 5 million tons of ore and produce 6.5 tons of gold per year. In the first half of 2018, Pavlik was the 7th gold producer in Russia. In the period between 2018 and 2021, the company is planning to build and commission the second stage of the GOK to increase the processing capacity to 10 million tons of ore and production of 12 tons of gold per year.
